We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to start a return

Email us at support@serenitywholebeing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable), and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Eligibility & condition

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@serenitywholebeing.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods once opened
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items marked as final sale

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item after approval and then place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping may be deducted from your refund or covered by you (as stated in your return authorization).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection:

  • If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
